Our on-site Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) supports students in developing communication skills, including expressive and receptive language, articulation, and social language use. Ms. Gonzales brings a wealth of expertise to her role as a speech-language pathologist at Peak to Peak. With 37 years of experience in public education, she has supported students' communication needs from infancy through high school. In addition to serving students in the mainstream population, she has extensive experience working with learners with intellectual disabilities, autism, and deafness. 

Ms. Gonzales earned her B.A. in Communication Disorders and her Clinical Rehabilitative Services Credential in Language, Speech, and Hearing from California State University, Northridge. She also holds a Master’s Degree in School Counseling from Gallaudet University. 

Guided by the belief that every child learns best when they feel connected and encouraged, Ms. Gonzales meets students where they are. She builds upon each learner’s natural curiosity, desire for fun, and response to positive feedback to help them achieve their communication goals.

Our Resource Specialist Program (RSP) teacher provides targeted instruction and academic support aligned with each student's IEP, and collaborates with classroom teachers to promote success in the general education setting. Billie Fallert is a highly experienced Special Education teacher with a proven track record of supporting learners from primary grades through adulthood. She has worked with students across a broad spectrum of needs, including autism, learning disabilities, ADHD, emotional and behavioral challenges, and intellectual disabilities.

Billie holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education, along with certifications in Autism and Cross-Cultural Language and Academic Development (CLAD). Her areas of expertise include differentiated instruction, behavior intervention, IEP development, and collaborative problem-solving.

Dedicated to creating inclusive, student-centered learning environments, Ms. Fallert values strong partnerships with families and multidisciplinary teams. Guided by empathy and high expectations, “Miss Billie” is deeply committed to helping every student grow—academically, socially, and emotionally—while building the confidence and skills they need to thrive.

Lisa Miranda Martinez is a proud wife and mother of three daughters—all of whom attend Peak to Peak. A devoted animal lover, she also shares her home with two dogs she adores like family.

Lisa holds an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA). She brings several years of experience in Special Education, with specialized training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), CPR, and other behavior-focused strategies.

At Peak to Peak, Lisa currently supports students through reading intervention and behavioral support. She also serves as a support aide for both the Resource Specialist Program (RSP) and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) teams. Lisa is passionate about building positive connections and is excited about every opportunity to work with the students and staff at P2P.
